Unless you reside in Oregon, we will not be able to provide advisory services to you unless we, in the preceding twelve months, have had fewer than six clients located in your state of residence (i.e., meet a de minimis exemption), or unless we become registered in your state of residence prior to providing you any advisory services. The de minimis exemption is not available to residents of Louisiana, Nebraska, New Hampshire or Texas.
